We Can Be Mindful Without Meditating

Most people are aware of the principles of mindfulness. Knowing about and understanding mindfulness is, however, not enough to motivate a person to take the necessary steps to be more mindful. Many of us are so busy fulfilling our daily commitments; in our work, family and social lives that taking that step to commit to what seems yet another task can be overwhelming. This article seeks to highlight that we can be mindful without meditating.
