Open to couples and individuals struggling with infertility – wherever you are on your journey.

A small friendly group where you can learn how to cope better, share your experiences, discuss advice you have been given and know that you are with people who understand how you feel.

The workshop was very valuable. I wasn’t sure what to expect as I haven’t done any workshops such as this before.

I found meditation, relaxation exercises and the realization that I can have control over my worries the most useful part of the workshop.

What I learned today will help me going forward to take time out for myself, no matter how busy I am so that I can be mentally and emotionally resilient.
